Whilst we endeavour to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content on the Website, we provide no guarantee as to its quality, timeliness, operation, integrity, availability, or functionality. We hereby disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage, loss, or liability arising from your access or use of the Website and its content, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law. The Website and all information provided therein are provided “as is” without any warranty, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or non-infringement, as permissible under law. Any views or statements presented on the Website shall not necessarily reflect our views or statements. We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, that the information or files available on the Website are free from viruses or any other harmful data or code that may disrupt, disable, or compromise the operation, stability, security, functionality, or content of your computer system or network unless arising from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returned items will incur a 30% handling fee + courier costs and are subject to our suppliers Terms and Conditions. Returns of imported and specially manufactured items will not be accepted. Delivery of imported items is approximately 8 weeks from payment. All quotes are valid for 48 hours due to fluctuating Rand value. Prices must be confirmed before signed acceptance of quotes. All goods supplied are subject to our standard terms and conditions and remain the property of Light+Living until paid in full. Breakages, damaged & missing goods must be reported within 48 hours. Refund payments can take up to 10 days.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. 

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites unless the occurrence of any damage or loss were within our reasonable control.

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains reasonable typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time with prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

STOCK

A 70% deposit is required for all quotations. 

At the time of order some items might be out of stock – if so our team will contact you to recommend a similar item that is in stock or we will credit your account or make a full refund payment. 

For those items that are in stock:

  • We aim to deliver regular parcels to central areas in South Africa within 2-10 business days with Standard Door to Door Courier or 7-12 business days with Economy Door to Door Courier, to outlying areas within South Africa within 5-12 business days. 
  • Special freight items within 15-21 business days from the date your payment has been received. 
  • Imported items can take up to 12 weeks for delivery. 


For those products that are made to order, or are not currently in stock, please see the estimated availability date for dispatch on each product. 

Please note we do aim however to get the goods out to you as fast and efficient as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery timeframe, but for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
